Terms of Service
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to revvyna.com and related Revvyna services. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase. You represent that information supplied to us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Wellness information; no medical advice
Website, Insights, Ritual Finder, email, and product content is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Ritual Finder suggests a starting routine; it does not create a bespoke formulation or assess medical suitability. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using supplements if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a health condition, or have persistent or severe symptoms. In an emergency, contact emergency services.
Product information and claims
We work to keep descriptions, labels, images, pricing, and availability accurate. Packaging may vary only where the product and legally required information remain accurately represented. Follow the physical product label. Individual experiences vary, and no result is guaranteed.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order for availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount. Additional sale terms appear in our Terms of Sale.
Fraud prevention and payment disputes
We may use fraud-screening tools and verify order, billing, device, and delivery information. If a chargeback or payment inquiry occurs, we may submit relevant transaction records to the payment provider, including your checkout authorization, accepted policies, tracking, delivery evidence, return history, and communications. Nothing here waives a consumer’s non-waivable billing-dispute rights.
Intellectual property
The Revvyna name, logo, packaging, photographs, copy, quiz, graphics, and site design are owned by or licensed to Revvyna and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit our content without written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, make fraudulent purchases or claims, collect data unlawfully, or use the Services in violation of law or another person’s rights. We may restrict access or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary.
Third-party services
Shopify, payment processors, carriers, and other providers support the Services. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties not expressly required by law. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revvyna will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the Services. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Revvyna for the product or order giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Revvyna against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction remain available. Before filing a lawsuit, we encourage you to email hello@revvyna.com and allow 30 days for a good-faith resolution. This informal step does not require you to delay a time-sensitive claim or a lawful payment-card dispute. Subject to mandatory law, courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
