Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from Revvyna. They supplement our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Prices, currency, and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you submit the order. The 30-Day Discovery price is plus shipping. Standard U.S. shipping is included with the 90-Day Reset and 180-Day Ritual.

Order authorization and acceptance

By submitting an order, you authorize the displayed charge, confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and delivery address, and agree to the policies presented at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not require us to accept an order affected by stock limits, an obvious pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, or a legal or shipping restriction.

Fraud screening

We may review orders using Shopify and payment-provider fraud signals, request reasonable verification, delay fulfillment while reviewing an order, limit quantities, or cancel and refund an order when risk cannot be resolved. Please respond promptly to a verification request. Never send full card details by email.

Prepaid multi-delivery purchases

The 90-Day Reset and 180-Day Ritual are paid in full at checkout and fulfilled in three or six monthly deliveries. They are not recurring subscriptions and do not renew automatically. Total price, delivery count, and shipping terms are displayed before purchase.

Changes and cancellations

Contact hello@revvyna.com promptly with your order number. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after fulfillment begins. Rules for remaining unshipped deliveries in a prepaid plan appear in the Refund Policy.

Shipping, delivery, and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Ingestible products must remain unopened and sealed to qualify for a change-of-mind return.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you do not recognize a charge or believe an order is incorrect, contact us promptly so we can investigate. Contacting us is encouraged but does not waive or replace rights provided by your card issuer or applicable law. When a dispute is filed, we may provide the issuer with checkout authorization, order confirmation, policy acceptance, fraud-screening signals, tracking, delivery evidence, return history, and customer communications. Filing a knowingly false claim, falsely denying receipt, or retaining both refunded funds and merchandise may constitute fraud and may be reported or pursued as permitted by law.

Resale and unauthorized distribution

Products are sold for personal use unless Revvyna agrees otherwise in writing. We may limit or cancel orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale, diversion, or unlawful distribution.

Product use

Use products only as directed on the physical label. Results vary. Stop use and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
